Founder & Proprietor
CA Preyas V. Shah is a Chartered Accountant and law graduate with more than 15 years of overall experience across commerce, accounting, taxation, finance, statutory compliance and related professional work.
His multidisciplinary qualifications and practical experience enable him to examine matters from accounting, taxation, regulatory, legal, contractual, operational and technology perspectives.
His areas of professional exposure include direct and indirect taxation, audit and assurance, financial reporting, corporate and regulatory compliance, tax litigation support, internal controls, ERP-enabled finance processes, management-information systems and professional research.
He has particular exposure to infrastructure and EPC businesses, roads and highway projects, project special-purpose vehicles, renewable-energy activities, construction operations, multi-location organisations and businesses operating through SAP, Tally and other ERP systems.
